Fresh Vegetables-are an excellent source of vitamin C, K, A and folate. 

Some of the vegetables you may see on your child's plate are broccoli, corn, green beans, salad, cucumbers, peas and tomatoes.

Grains-are an excellent source of protein, fiber, and vitamin B.

Some of the  grains you may see on your child's plate are Whole grain bread, noddles, rice,

cereals and muffins.

Meat -is an excellent source of protein, iron, and fiber. 

Some of the meat  you may see on your child's plate is chicken, beef, eggs, and turkey.

Little Oaks Discovery School strives to make healthy and nutritious meals for our students.  We follow a  healthy menu to meet nutritional requirements.  We feel that healthy and fresh meals are a great source for young minds.  Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack are all included with the tuition. Our students also have a garden area where they plant their own fruits and vegtables.  Our students use this food in to make delicious meals to eat.  If there are any allergies your children have, you may bring your own lunch.

Dairy-is an excellent source of potassium, protein and calcium for bone health.

Some of the dairy you may see on your child's plate are milk, cheese, yogurt.

Fresh Fruit-is an excellent source of vitamin C, folate, and fiber.

Some of the fruits you may see on your child's plate are apples, bananas, oranges, and

watermelon.
